Their older daughter has a rigorous academic workload, making strong homework support and the ability to tutor confidently through the middle school and high school years essential.

Responsibilities include helping coordinate the children's afternoon schedules, supporting homework and academic success, executive functioning coaching, tutoring, planning enriching educational experiences, researching academic and extracurricular opportunities, and thoughtfully supporting the younger child's social-emotional growth, communication skills, self-regulation, and overall development. The nanny will also help the girls stay organized and accountable for assignments, prepare healthy snacks (meal preparation is a plus), maintain children's inventories and organization, and work in close partnership with the family's dedicated family assistant, who oversees the household calendar and overall scheduling.
