NATIONWIDE SEARCH: FALMOUTH, MA – A warm, active, and down-to-earth family on beautiful Cape Cod is seeking an experienced, professional career nanny for their 16-month-old daughter! This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned caregiver who embraces an active lifestyle, and is excited to become a trusted extension of the family. The position provides beautiful private accommodations located approximately 10 minutes from the family's home are available should the right candidate prefer a live-in arrangement. The schedule is Monday through Friday from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with 40 guaranteed hours per week plus overtime as needed. The family travels frequently, both domestically and internationally, and seeks someone who is passport-ready, genuinely enjoys traveling, and is comfortable accompanying them on extended trips. Private accommodations, including a private bedroom and bathroom, will always be provided while traveling. The family particularly appreciates nannies who are highly autonomous, take initiative, and have a genuine passion for cooking, nutrition, and creating healthy meals. 

Responsibilities include providing engaging, age-appropriate care, supporting development, planning enriching activities, transporting the child to and from activities, preparing healthy meals for the child (with occasional larger portions for the parents), children's laundry, and assisting with light housekeeping to help the home run smoothly. A family vehicle will be provided for transporting the child as needed. Both parents are very involved, hands-on, and in and out of the home throughout the day, so the ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively while also feeling confident taking ownership of the role.

The family is purchasing a home in the Geneva area and anticipates dividing their time between Massachusetts and Switzerland long-term. They are open to candidates interested in making a one-year commitment while the family is based on Cape Cod, as well as those seeking a long-term opportunity and willing to relocate to Europe when the time comes. Candidates with French language skills, dual citizenship, or the legal ability to live and work in Europe would be especially attractive, though none are required. French-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of professional nanny experience and be warm, proactive, organized, highly dependable, and passionate about fostering children's independence, confidence, and overall development. The family seeks someone who enjoys partnering with involved parents while confidently managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. Candidates should be strong swimmers, non-smokers, comfortable in a fragrance-free home, legally authorized to work in the United States, and enthusiastic about domestic and international travel.

Compensation is $35–$45+ per hour, depending on experience, and will be paid via household payroll. The family is open to conducting a nationwide search and is willing to assist with relocation for the right candidate.
