PUERTO RICO SEARCH: FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY — PUERTO RICO with travel to US & EMEA

An international family is seeking a professional, discreet, and highly adaptable FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY to provide exceptional care for their infant son. This exciting opportunity offers the ability to split time between Puerto Rico, where the family resides for part of the year, as well as the US and EMEA, with extensive travel required throughout the year. The family is seeking a polished, worldly, and flexible candidate who brings both warmth and strong infant expertise while thriving within a dynamic, active, and travel-oriented household. The ideal candidate will have extensive professional infant care experience and a strong understanding of developmental milestones during the first several years of life. The family is seeking someone nurturing, calm, engaging, and confident in supporting healthy routines, developmental growth, and age-appropriate enrichment while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and excellent boundaries within a private household environment.

Responsibilities will include providing attentive and loving infant care, supporting developmental milestones, assisting with baby-led weaning and preparing fresh, healthy meals for the child, managing all child-related laundry and organization, running errands and grocery shopping as needed, and creating enriching and stimulating activities that encourage learning and development. The nanny will travel extensively with the family and should be highly adaptable in transitioning seamlessly between homes, schedules, and international destinations.

The ideal candidate will have significant professional infant experience, additional newborn or infant-related certifications strongly preferred), a valid passport and driver’s license, and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions. Experience within high-profile or private households is preferred. The family highly values discretion, emotional intelligence, flexibility, and professionalism, and is seeking someone who can naturally integrate into their lifestyle while respecting that the parents are very hands-on and involved in caregiving. This is not a fully autonomous role; rather, they are seeking a true partner who can thoughtfully support and complement the family dynamic.

Given the family’s active lifestyle, including camping, hiking, boating, and outdoor travel adventures, the ideal candidate should be adventurous, comfortable outdoors, and a confident swimmer. Above all, the nanny should be warm, grounded, safety-conscious, and deeply passionate about infant care and child development.

Compensation is generous and commensurate with experience ($85,000-120,000 annual), and comfortable live-in accommodations will be provided both at home and while traveling. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for a top-tier career nanny seeking a long-term role within a warm, private, globally minded family.
