This role works in tandem with the family’s current full-time nanny, either through a split schedule or potentially transitioning into a ROTA-style arrangement depending on the right dynamic and candidate preferences. The schedule will guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week, while allowing for flexibility and teamwork between both caregivers to ensure seamless coverage and support for the household.

Candidates should have prior experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously and ideally possess a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or similar experience supporting emotional and cognitive growth during the early years.
