DENVER, CO (Location: North Country Club)– A high-performing, dual-career family is seeking an exceptional PART-TIME HOUSE MANAGER / PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER to bring calm, clarity, and cohesion to their home. Both parents work in private equity with demanding schedules and frequent international travel, and they are looking for a true rockstar who can step in, take ownership, and create a beautifully organized, harmonious household that runs with ease.

 

The home includes three children (ages 9, 6, and 2), a daily housekeeper (afternoon and evenings), and a wonderful full-time nanny. THIS ROLE INCLUDES basic TIDYING, BEYOND PREDOMINATELY FOCUSES ON elevating the systems, flow, and functionality of the home. The ideal candidate is highly discerning, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to assess a space, create order, and IMPORTANTLY maintain it seamlessly over time. This is someone who thrives on bringing structure to busy environments and takes pride in making a home feel calm, efficient, and thoughtfully curated.

Responsibilities will center around deep home organization and ongoing household management, including tackling one project area at a timewhether that’s reworking closets, kids rooms, optimizing cabinets, organizing the pantry, or fully systemizing the garage. Other responsibilities may include managing florals, schedule cleaning with the mountain home, packing and unpacking for trips etc. The candidate will thoughtfully edit, store and create a place for everything, while also maintaining inventory, restocking essentials, and ensuring the home stays consistently organized and functional. The goal is not just to organize once, but to create lasting systems that the entire household can follow and sustain.

 

An added layer to this role is supporting the overall flow of the home, particularly in support of the children’s routine. A candidate with some childcare background or familiarity with structured routines is highly valuedsomeone who can create simple charts, systems, and visual organization that support the children’s independence and day-to-day rhythm. While this is not a nanny role, occasional support, light “wrangling” of the children, occasional driving to and from school, sports or activities (on work days when parents are travelling) would be a wonderful bonus.

 

The schedule is ideally Mondays and Fridays, with a guaranteed 15 hours per week, though the family is open to offering additional hours for the right fit. Compensation is $45–55+/hour, depending on experience. The family is seeking a non-smoking, resourceful, and highly reliable professional who can take initiative without direction and truly own this role. Someone with a keen eye for detail will absolutely thrive here.

No animals currently, but ideal candidate would be open to help oversee care for 1 small dog or kitten. Needs own transportation and to be comfortable driving to Vail 2x per season to help open up and close up cabin.

 

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
  • UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)
  • THE ABILITY TO MAKE A ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT UNLESS APPLYING FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION
  • A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN
  • 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
  • EXCELLENT WORK AND PERSONAL REFERENCES
  • U.S. DRIVER’S LICENSE (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NYC RESIDENTS)
  • MUST BE A COMPETENT SWIMMER (IF AND WHEN REQUIRED)
