A thoughtful, engaging, and education-focused family in Cambridge is seeking an exceptional FULL-TIME NANNY to join their home and play a meaningful role in their children’s growth and development. This is a truly special opportunity for a highly experienced, polished caregiver with a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for curriculum-based, enrichment-driven learning.

The family has two delightful children; a bright and social 4-year-old boy and a happy, curious 1-year-old girl. Their son attends preschool from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM and thrives on structured, engaging afternoon activities centered around early literacy, phonics, numeracy, and both fine and gross motor development. Their daughter is equally vibrant and inquisitive, and the majority of the nanny’s day will be dedicated to thoughtfully supporting her development through a blend of structure, creativity, and play.

The ideal candidate will bring a background in teaching or early childhood education, with the ability to design and implement age-appropriate, curriculum-based learning experiences in the home. A degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field is strongly preferred. This role is perfect for someone who is both nurturing and intellectually engaging—someone who can seamlessly blend warmth with intention and structure.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings and travel. The family travels domestically and internationally approximately one week every few months and would love a nanny who is excited to join them when needed. Flexibility and adaptability are key.

Located in a highly walkable area of Cambridge, the family enjoys access to parks, libraries, and museums, offering endless opportunities for enrichment and exploration. A car is not required, though parking is available at the home if needed.

This position offers a highly competitive compensation package starting at $50+/hour gross via payroll, along with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The family is eager to welcome the right person and is seeking to hire as soon as possible.

• BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
