FLOURTOWN, PA- A warm, active family just 25 minutes from Philadelphia is seeking a FULL-TIME TEMPORARY NANNY to join their household now through February 22, 2026, offering 30–45 hours per week with a flexible start date. The family has four children—boys ages nine and six, and girls ages four and two—and they are hoping to welcome a fun, positive, emotionally intuitive nanny who can bring light, structure, and calm into their busy home. The nanny must also be available to travel with the family from December 27th through January 3rd.
This role is perfect for someone who can truly juggle it all. The position blends childcare with essential household support; very much the rhythm of a multitasking mom, and includes supervising and engaging the children, guiding them through routines and emotional development, and helping maintain a smooth and organized home environment. You’ll assist with daily upkeep such as laundry, dishes, tidying shared spaces, light meal prep, and keeping the home running efficiently. Working side-by-side with Mom, you’ll help navigate transitions, encourage independence, support learning and play, and create enriching, confidence-building experiences for all four children.
The ideal candidate is calm, joyful, dependable, and deeply attuned to children’s emotional needs. Someone who is proactive, organized, forward-thinking, and able to anticipate what’s ahead will thrive here. Experience working with groups of children—whether in a nanny role, classroom setting, or caregiving environment—is essential, as is the ability to wrangle four little ones with grace, patience, and humor. A strong understanding of child development, positive discipline, and emotional regulation is highly valued. Candidates must be legal to work in the United States, hold a valid driver’s license, feel comfortable driving children, be able to swim, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb into the third row of the car multiple times a day to secure car seats. Comfort with travel and a valid passport are also required.
Additional experience in ADHD support, household management, early childhood education, mindfulness, or executive functioning is a plus. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred, though the family is happy to support training if needed.
This position is truly special. You will not just be a nanny—you will become an essential part of the family’s rhythm, helping four young children grow into confident, capable, kind individuals while ensuring their days feel supported, structured, and full of connection. If you’re seeking a meaningful role where your presence creates harmony and makes a genuine difference, this family would love to meet you.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. They are open to live in/live out candidates, providing housing on-site and or relocation assistance!
