MONTGOMERY, TX(LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - A warm and devoted family in Montgomery, TX,is seeking an experienced, proactive, and deeply nurturing full-time live-in/out nanny/household manager to care for their bright, spirited 2-year-old daughter while also providing thoughtful household support. This is a long-term role for a professional who genuinely loves early childhood development and thrives in both childcare and home-management responsibilities. The family is open to offering a live-in arrangement during the week (guest house provided) with live-out on weekends, allowing the nanny to be fully present and integrated into the flow of their weekday routine.

Their daughter is happy, talkative, sweet, independent, and full of personality. She enjoys a full schedule that includes swim lessons twice a week, Spanish school, gymnastics, library outings, and other meaningful activities that support her growth. The ideal nanny will confidently drive her to these programs (a nanny car is provided), maintain strong safety awareness, and bring enthusiasm, creativity, and developmental knowledge to each day. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged, as she attends a Spanish immersion program.

The family seeks someone reliable, flexible, calm, and organized—someone who can anticipate needs, collaborate closely with a very hands-on mother, and provide balanced support between childcare and household tasks. Responsibilities include preparing her for school and activities, managing light home organization, running errands, maintaining children’s areas, and assisting with the general rhythm of the home. Deep cleaning is not required. Cooking for the family is a welcomed bonus but not an expectation.

A clean driving record, CPR/First Aid certification, and a strong commitment to safety are essential. The role also includes occasional evenings, weekends, travel, and the ability to step in with last-minute flexibility, as both parents work and value dependable support. Candidates should be willing to focus energy on this family.

They care deeply about finding someone who will love, protect, and champion her as they do. They value respect, fairness, trust, and providing ample personal time and support to the right caregiver. Compensation will be discussed directly with candidates to ensure alignment and openness to the strongest fit.

Pay is $30+/hr gross via payroll + PTO/sick days. Start date is January 2026. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated nanny who wants to become an integral, cherished part of a family’s life while helping their daughter flourish and supporting a beautifully run home.
