Overview

Nanny & 4yo doing Homework

MIAMI, FL- A wonderful family is seeking a nurturing, organized, and highly reliable nanny/educator for a temporary position beginning Monday, December 15th and ending Friday, March 13th. This role guarantees 30 hours per week at a rate of $30 per hour, with weekly pay of $900 provided every Friday by 5 PM ET. The schedule will run Mondays through Fridays with no nights after 7 PM, no weekends, and no travel required at this time. This is a live-out position only, and the family prefers a nanny who maintains separate housing.

The nanny will primarily support two children: a bright and active 2-year-old, who attends full-time preschool four days a week, and a curious, thoughtful 6-year-old, who is homeschooled four days a week. Responsibilities for their daughter include preparing her breakfast, helping her get ready for school, managing her drop-offs and pick-ups, and supporting any scheduled hobbies, lessons, or appointments. For their son, the family is seeking someone who can serve as his formal educator, collaborate on a structured homeschool plan, and guide him through his daily routines, learning schedule, meals and snacks, and occasional extracurricular activities. On the weekday when neither child has school, the family would love the nanny to plan an enriching outing such as a museum visit, park adventure, beach day, library trip, zoo visit, or another mutually agreed-upon experience; all associated outing costs will be fully covered by the family.

Additional duties include preparing breakfast and lunch for the children, managing child-only laundry, and light child-focused organizational tasks. The nanny may occasionally drive the children, and the family will provide proper car seats. While the family does not provide meals or groceries for the nanny, any child-related meal expenses will be promptly reimbursed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging, dependable nanny with a passion for education, routine, and creating joyful, meaningful experiences for children. The family looks forward to welcoming someone who will bring warmth, creativity, and structure to their home throughout the winter season.
