The family has 4½-year-old twins (boy and girl) who will begin Kindergarten in the fall next year and currently attend a pre-K program three days per week. The parents are finalizing school placements and programs for the upcoming year. This is a warm, respectful household that values teamwork, communication, and consistency. The family has maintained the same team of nannies for 3 years with zero turnover; a testament to the positive, supportive, and well-organized environment they’ve created. They are seeking a nanny experienced in toddler and preschool care, with a calm, confident, and collaborative approach. A background in early childhood development or education is preferred. Mom is currently undergoing Stage IV cancer treatment in Houston; however, the children are thriving thanks to the incredible consistency and dedication of their longtime caregiving team. 

The ideal candidate embodies faith, family values, and a healthy, active lifestyle, and brings a dependable, drama-free, and positive presence to the home. Must be adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a strong, team-oriented environment. Duties are strictly child-related, including school drop-off and pick-up (nanny mobile provided), children’s laundry, organizing play areas, mealtime support, and facilitating age-appropriate, developmental activities.

Pay is $45/hour, with hours guaranteed and schedules are provided one month in advance. With a large, collaborative team, flexibility for time off is readily accommodated when requested in advance. Candidates must be fully vaccinated (COVID, flu, Tdap, etc.). The start date is January 2026!
