CHICAGO, IL (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - We are thrilled to support a warm and active family in Chicago, IL, in their search for a PART-TIME TEMPORARY LIVE-OUT nanny to care for their three young children, a 3.5-year-old daughter, a 20-month-old son, and a newborn, born mid-September. This is a temporary role running from November 3rd - January 30th. 

The family guarantees 20 hours/week.  Flexibility is key for this role. The family needs someone who can support them during afternoons, some evenings, and occasional weekends, as Dad travels heavily for work.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, reliable, punctual, and an excellent communicator, able to keep parents updated and maintain a smooth daily flow for the children. Responsibilities will include planning engaging activities, managing nap and bedtime routines, preparing healthy meals for the children, light housekeeping, running occasional errands, and driving the children as needed. The family values someone who can travel with them on weekends or extended trips when needed, and bring consistency, warmth, and structure to the home.

This position begins as soon as possible. Compensation is offered via payroll and is competitive, commensurate with experience. They are offering $30+/hr gross.

• BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
• UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)
• THE ABILITY TO MAKE A ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT UNLESS APPLYING FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION

• 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
