MARQUETTE, MI (RELOCATION ASSISTANCE OFFERED) - We are thrilled to support a busy, loving blended family in Marquette, MI, in their search for a full-time, long-term live-in nanny. This family has three children year-round, 11-year-old twins (a boy and a girl) and an 8-year-old son, and welcomes three additional children in the summer and holidays, ages 10, 13, and 15 (the eldest is very independent and does not require care). The parents are both busy surgeons, and while they love to be hands-on when home, they are seeking a dedicated professional who can keep things running smoothly during their demanding schedules.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dependable, flexible, and calm under pressure, with a warm and caring presence and a talent for organization and communication. This role involves after-school care, driving to activities (a family vehicle is provided), preparing children’s meals, supporting homework and therapies, and ensuring the children stay engaged and on routine. Some weekend support and travel coverage are required, and flexibility is key as schedules can change quickly.

The family home is in a safe, outdoorsy town with easy access to parks, trails, and lakes, and yes, six months of snowy winters, so a candidate who embraces the season is essential! A full-time housekeeper supports the household, and the family’s “number one rule” is kindness. They hope to find someone who will become part of the family and stay with them for years.

This position begins October 7, 2025, with competitive pay of $35–$40/hr via payroll, guaranteed hours, and benefits including paid vacation, holidays, and sick time. A private nanny vehicle, insurance, and gas are provided for both work and personal use. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

• BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
