FLOURTOWN, PA – A loving, active family just 25 minutes outside of Philadelphia is seeking an emotionally attuned and dependable ROTA NANNY to join their home in a long-term, collaborative role. This position follows a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule, with 24/7 availability required during working weeks. During on-weeks, the nanny will reside in a beautifully furnished, private apartment located on the family’s secure, gated property. The apartment is shared with the alternating ROTA nanny (who lives there full-time) and her cat, Freddy. The space includes two private bedrooms with bathrooms, a shared kitchen with an island, spacious living room, full-size washer and dryer, dedicated storage, and on-site parking. The family may allow use of the apartment during off-weeks if desired.

The role centers around caring for four children—two boys, ages 9 and 6, and two girls, ages 4 and 2—alongside a warm and engaged stay-at-home mom. The children are lively, affectionate, curious, and each has their own unique rhythm and personality. The family is looking for a nanny who is playful, grounded, and deeply connected, with a calm and proactive approach to supporting the children through all stages of development. The right candidate will reinforce structure with kindness, foster independence, and help nurture emotional intelligence and life skills through daily routines and transitions.

Primary responsibilities include supporting morning and bedtime routines, preparing kid-friendly meals, handling children’s laundry and organization, driving to school and extracurriculars, and being a present, loving, and consistent caregiver throughout the day. A collaborative mindset is essential, as is a natural ability to stay grounded in a bustling household.

The ideal candidate thrives in rhythm, and routine-based environments, is confident managing multiple children at once, and brings a thoughtful, developmentally-minded perspective to caregiving. A background in early childhood education, teaching, or emotional development is highly valued. Familiarity with mindfulness, positive discipline, and neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD, sensory sensitivities) is a plus. Candidates must be legal to work in the U.S., have a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including swimming and lifting up to 50 lbs.

This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of a grounded, heart-centered household that believes in nurturing joy, confidence, and connection. The family offers a competitive salary and a robust benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.
