Hoboken, NJ - A dynamic, creative, and well-traveled family is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny/ household assistant hybrid for their bright, curious, and energetic 4-year-old. This role is best suited for a seasoned, confident nanny who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide consistency, warmth, and structure amidst a schedule that often shifts due to work demands and travel.

Their child is currently enrolled in swim lessons, gymnastics, and other enriching activities, and continues to display an inquisitive nature and a vibrant personality. The family values social connection and is looking for a nanny who will help foster relationships with other local children and nannies.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (or 11 AM to 8 PM), but flexibility is key. The nanny must be comfortable being away for up to two weeks at a time and able to maintain consistent routines and nurturing care in a variety of settings.

Primary responsibilities include all aspects of the child’s care: preparing healthy meals, keeping spaces organized, transporting them to and from activities (using the family car), engaging in developmentally enriching play, and ensuring a sense of stability while traveling. Light household duties—such as running errands, child laundry, and occasional family meal prep—are also appreciated.
