ROTA-MIAMI, FL (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - A warm and dynamic family is seeking a seasoned, professional ROTA Nanny to join theri caregiving team. The role is designed for candidates with prior ROTA experience and a strong background working in high-net-worth households. The position involves caring for 3 young children(Ages 8 months old, 2.5 years old, and 4 years old), including a baby and toddler, in an engaging, developmentally rich, and nurturing environment. The schedule operates on a rotational basis, and while candidates may reside anywhere within the U.S., being based near the Eastern or Central time zones, such has proven to be especially helpful.

 

The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and read the room. Both parents are hands-on, one works from home while the other is a full-time caregiver, so a nanny who knows when to blend into the background and when to step in with energy and enthusiasm will thrive in this household. The family is looking for someone who is witty, intelligent, and capable of connecting with their children on an intellectual level while still being warm, fun, and highly interactive.

 

A private bedroom and bathroom are provided while on shift. Candidates must be up to date on all CDC-recommended vaccinations. They are open to for a nationwide search and the option fly-in/fly-out position. The schedule is 14 days on/14 days off. 

 

This role offers a highly competitive salary of $100-125K gross, depending on experience, paid via payroll. The family also provides a generous benefits package, including full- coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance. Start date is August-Dec based on candidates flexibilty.

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
  • UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)
  • THE ABILITY TO MAKE A ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT UNLESS APPLYING FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION
  • A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN
  • 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
  • EXCELLENT WORK AND PERSONAL REFERENCES
  • U.S. DRIVER’S LICENSE (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NYC RESIDENTS)
  • MUST BE A COMPETENT SWIMMER (IF AND WHEN REQUIRED)
  • NON-SMOKER
  • MUST BE LIVE-SCANNED AND REGISTERED WITH TRUSTLINE IF YOU ARE CA RESIDENT
