H​ADDONFIELD & AVALON NJ/ PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA -  (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES + RELOCATION ASSISTANCE!)​ -  ​A warm, down-to-earth family is seeking a FULL-TIME, LIVE-IN or LIVE-OUT NANNY to join their fun-loving household and help care for their two children (a 2-year-old boy and a 4-month-old baby girl)​! The family splits their time between three homes, so some domestic travel will be required. A candidate who is travel-ready and flexible to “go with the flow” is highly desired.
 
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM (47.5 hours/week), with occasional evening, weekend, overnight, and travel flexibility required. This position is ideal for a nurturing, playful, and adaptable nanny who thrives in a home where every day may look a little different.
 
The ideal candidate is upbeat, flexible, and has a great sense of humor. A calm and confident presence is key​; someone who is both organized and warm, able to keep the home running smoothly while engaging the children with intention and joy. The 2-year-old is happy and energetic and attends daycare daily, while the baby is sweet, calm, and on a developmentally appropriate routine. The family would love someone experienced with both toddlers and infants who understands how to manage differing needs and rhythms throughout the day.
 
Duties include planning developmentally enriching activities, managing meals and snacks for the children, light housekeeping (including children’s laundry and keeping shared spaces tidy), preparing lunches, occasional errands, and driving the children using a provided family car. Nanny must be comfortable with light household support and willing to be an extra set of hands when needed. No pets in the home. The family also has additional household support, including a chef, personal assistant, and house cleaning service.
 
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25–$35/hour DOE​ ​via payroll​ +overtime, plus paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement (if driving your own vehicle). Relocation assistance is available for out-of-state candidates. While they are open to both live-in and live-out arrangements, a live-in nanny may be preferred due to the flexibility this lifestyle allows.​ The ideal start date is August 1st.

  • BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
  • UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)
  • THE ABILITY TO MAKE A ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT UNLESS APPLYING FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION
  • A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN
  • 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
  • EXCELLENT WORK AND PERSONAL REFERENCES
  • U.S. DRIVER’S LICENSE (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NYC RESIDENTS)
