HIGHLAND FALLS, NY (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - A warm, communicative family is seeking a full-time, long-term Nanny and Household Support professional to care for their two young boys, ages 1 and 4, starting mid-August 2025. The ideal candidate is reliable, nurturing, and developmentally minded, with experience supporting toddlers and preschoolers, and a passion for early childhood education. This is a 40-hour/week live-out position, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and occasional flexibility needed.

The family is looking for a proactive and organized individual who will engage both children in thoughtful, play-based learning and support the parents in maintaining a safe and structured home. Daily responsibilities include school and camp pickups for the 4-year-old, care for the 1-year-old during the day, preparing meals and snacks, managing naptime routines, encouraging outdoor play, and supporting emotional development with patience and warmth. A background in child development or familiarity with sensory processing support is a plus. 

Candidates must have their own reliable, safe, and clean vehicle for transportation (gas reimbursement provided), be comfortable driving in winter conditions, and have strong communication skills to work as a collaborative partner with the parents. Benefits include $30/hour via payroll, 5 paid sick days, paid federal holidays, and 10 vacation days (5 paid, 5 unpaid), with additional time off when the family travels.
