Philadelphia, PA- A warm, dynamic Mother is seeking a highly capable, full-time Nanny/Family Assistant to join their home now through Labor Day. The role has the ability to be extended beyond this; however, this is the immediate need. This 40-hour-per-week summer position offers a unique opportunity to support a vibrant household led by a single mother in a demanding executive role and her bright, energetic 6-year-old daughter. The family leads a fast-paced, travel-intensive lifestyle with the mother operating on a 60% travel model and the daughter attending schools in both Toronto and Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will be deeply organized, adaptable, intelligent, and efficient; someone who can anticipate needs, respond with flexibility, and remain calm and upbeat in a constantly changing environment.

This role involves transporting the child to and from camp or local activities, planning enriching outings, managing errands, overseeing household organization, grocery shopping, preparing healthy meals, assisting with laundry (including careful handling and occasional ironing), and maintaining general order in a busy household. The assistant must be confident handling logistics for frequent travel, including packing, unpacking, and airport runs. As time spent with her daughter is her top priority, the mother is seeking someone who can be a trusted extension of herself, managing the moving parts of their day-to-day life so that her limited time can be spent meaningfully with her child.

• BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
• UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)
