WARMINSTER, PA (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - A wonderful family is seeking a full-time, long-term NANNY to join their home starting in late August 2025, to help care for their newborn twin baby girls, expected August 23rd. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurturing and organized professional who thrives in a warm, cat-friendly household and is ready to grow with a new family.

The position is live-out, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering up to 50 hours per week. While both parents will be home initially during the early transition period, the family anticipates shorter hours in the first month. 

The ideal candidate will have experience with infants and preferably with multiples, be CPR/first aid trained, and possess strong organizational skills, reliability, and flexibility. Responsibilities include infant care, light housekeeping related to the child, running errands, driving with the family car, and occasional family cooking and laundry. The family has three friendly cats and expects the nanny to be comfortable in a pet-friendly environment.

Immunizations including TDAP, MMR, varicella(chickenpox), and hepatitis B are required. The home is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac with driveway parking but minimal public transportation, so candidates with a reliable vehicle are preferred. The family is excited to welcome someone who is compassionate, proactive, and committed to supporting their baby’s early development.

They are offering $30/hour via payroll, with benefits including paid sick days, holidays, vacation, health insurance stipend (negotiable), and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
