Three White Siblings

MIAMI BEACH, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED)-A warm and welcoming family in the beautiful Biscayne Point area of Miami Beach is seeking a collaborative, education-focused FULL-TIME NANNY to support their three vibrant children—ages 7, 6, and 4.5. This live-out position begins August 1st, with guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week. Core hours will be 2:00–8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with one regular weekly date night (typically Fridays). Local candidates are preferred, but the family is open to out-of-state applicants for the right long-term fit.

The nanny will work hand-in-hand with an involved mom, helping with school pickups, driving to and from after-school activities, reinforcing homework routines, and keeping the kids engaged and off screens. All three children attend the same school, about 20 minutes from home, and enjoy a variety of extracurriculars—from tennis and golf to piano, singing, and acting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive teammate—someone who is kind, confident with boundaries, and can help encourage consistent practice of extracurriculars and keep the children active and accountable in a fun and nurturing way. Must be a strong and consistent communicator with parents.

While mom typically takes the lead with homework, she is seeking a nanny who is also academically minded and ready to support the children in their learning. A love for movement, imagination, and education is a must! The family is also looking for someone who can model healthy habits, gently reinforce tidiness, and foster independence in the children. No heavy housework is required—just helping with dishes and ensuring the kids clean up after themselves.

The family offers a generous hourly rate based on experience, paid sick time, holidays, and vacation. A family car is provided during working hours, along with a credit card for incidentals. They have a low-maintenance mini French bulldog who does not require care other than being let out on occasion. The nanny must be COVID and flu vaccinated. Occasional travel with the family is optional, though not required.

This is a truly special opportunity for a seasoned, loving, and reliable nanny who thrives in a team environment, values structure, and is ready to make a meaningful difference in a vibrant, growing family’s life.
