CHARLOTTE, NC (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)--A warm and welcoming first-time mom in Charlotte is seeking a seasoned, professional nanny to provide attentive and experienced care for her 8-week-old baby girl approximately 35 hours per week, with a core schedule of Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, and the potential for additional hours depending on the family's needs. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of infant care and a wealth of hands-on experience.

This is a diverse and collaborative household with a dedicated night nanny and an au pair already in place. The family is looking for a flexible nanny who is willing and able to travel (domestic and international) and work overnights on occasion, as Mom travels frequently and often with little notice. Occasional overnights and short business trips may arise, and the right fit will be someone who can jump in with ease. Must have a valid passport.

In addition to providing high-quality, attentive infant care, the nanny will be responsible for helping with related household tasks such as the child’s laundry, bottle washing, and general tidiness around baby-related items. A strong familiarity with modern baby gear and a proactive approach to keeping the household running smoothly are highly valued.

This position begins ASAP. Compensation is ideally in the range of $25–$35/hour, and includes paid sick time, vacation, and holidays. Candidates must be up to date on all standard vaccinations (COVID vaccine not required).
