NCS holding infant

ASPEN, CO (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) – First-time dads seek a FULL-TIME SEASONED NANNY to join their team as they welcome two newborns—one born in mid-May and the other due in mid-June. Both infants will be supported by a Newborn Care Specialist for the first 2–3 months, and the family is looking for a nurturing, experienced, and dedicated nanny to transition into the role full-time starting in mid-July or early August. They are open to candidates nationwide and are offering relocation assistance and housing for the right fit.

Ideal candidates will bring a calm, nurturing presence to the home, along with extensive infant experience and a history of long-term commitments with previous families. A gentle, loving, and grounded approach is essential. Both parents work from home and are deeply involved and hands-on. They value open communication and a collaborative dynamic with their nanny.

A private, furnished one-bedroom or studio apartment will be provided, just a short walk from the family’s home. Public transportation is reliable, convenient, and free, so there is no need for a personal vehicle unless preferred.

This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week), and the family is seeking a nanny who is flexible and open to creating a schedule collaboratively, with plans confirmed weeks in advance. Overnights may be required on rare occasions. The family enjoys spending up to a month in Florida and/or Washington State during the spring and fall. They would love for the nanny to join them for all or part of these trips, or alternatively, coordinate that time as vacation.

Responsibilities include full infant care, bottle preparation, washing and sanitizing bottles and toys, baby laundry, and—over time—light household management tasks as the children grow and become more independent. A friendly Chihuahua is part of the household, so comfort with small dogs is appreciated. Candidates must be up to date on standard vaccinations as well as COVID and flu vaccines.

This is a unique opportunity to join a kind, involved family at the beginning of their parenting journey. Pay is based on experience and benefits include paid time off and the potential for a health insurance stipend.
