MIAMI, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) – First-time parents in Miami seek a highly qualified and experienced part-time overnight nanny to care for their 6-month-old baby boy on Sundays and Mondays from 5 PM to 8 AM each day. The position guarantees 30 hours per week, and the nanny is welcome to sleep while the baby sleeps. The baby has been sleep-trained by a newborn care specialist and is currently cared for during the day by a full-time nanny.

 

The ideal candidate will be nurturing, detail-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional overnight care. A warm, calm, and supportive presence is essential, along with excellent communication skills, discretion, and a strong respect for the family’s privacy and boundaries. Responsibilities include attending to the baby’s needs throughout the night, such as feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and bathing, as well as helping him return to sleep if he wakes. The nanny will be expected to support and maintain the family’s established nighttime sleep routine, ensure the baby’s environment remains clean and safe, and communicate clearly with the parents about his health, routines, and any concerns.

 

Candidates must have proven experience caring for infants, particularly in overnight settings, and must provide professional references from similar roles. 

 

Compensation is $30/hour, and the family is looking to hire as soon as possible.
