LONG ISLAND, NY (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) – A loving and energetic family in Massapequa is seeking a FULL-TIME NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER to join their home beginning April 28th through the end of December 2025. This is a live-out position offering a guaranteed 50-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility for occasional longer days.

The primary focus of this role is caring for an alert, playful, and energetic 4-month-old baby boy. The ideal candidate will be younger, active, and creative—someone who enjoys being hands-on, walking around with the baby, and engaging him in age-appropriate developmental activities such as tummy time, reading, and early communication. A background in early childhood development or a natural passion for fostering growth through education and play is highly valued.

In addition to child care, the role includes light household support such as children’s laundry, tidying up after meals and activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. While driving and errands are not expected, the family appreciates someone with initiative, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred, as language development and engagement are top priorities for the family.

The family has a Labrador dog and expects candidates to be pet-friendly. Required immunizations include Tdap and influenza. The position offers $25+/hr gross via payroll, along with benefits including paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays. Start date is ASAP!
