ALPHARETTA, GA (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES): Christian, loving and warm parents in North Atlanta are seeking a nurturing and organized FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/FAMILY ASSISTANT/NANNY to join their family and assist in caring for their two sweet boys, ages 2 and 4 years old, and baby girl on the way due mid-summer 2025. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, with the option for additional hours on a weekend day if desired, though weekends are not required.
The eldest child has high-functioning autism; experience with children on the spectrum is a plus. The family provides formal autism training, covering the cost of the program and compensating the nanny for completing the 40-hour course (compensating at the rate of normal pay; not overtime).
The nanny’s day begins at 6:30 AM, helping the children wake up, get dressed, eat breakfast, and prepare for preschool. Mom leaves to take the boys to school between 7:50 and 8AM, giving the nanny time to focus on household tasks while the children are away. During this time, responsibilities include tidying up, making beds, household organization, dishes, laundry, and assisting with basic meal prep. The family enjoys simple, wholesome meals, so no gourmet cooking is required—tasks like preparing Crockpot dinners or chopping vegetables are perfect. Mom works from 9 AM to 12:30PM, so the nanny will be required to leave at 11:30AM to go and pick the boys up and bring them home / get them settled. The nanny will care for the children until the end of the shift at 2:30PM. No heavy cleaning is required, as they have biweekly professional cleaning services.
The ideal candidate is organized, upbeat, and positive—someone with a can-do attitude who genuinely wants to be a cherished part of this fun-loving household. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus! The family has a pool, and their children love to swim, so they seek a nanny who is comfortable in the water and mindful of safety.
The family travels frequently, both domestically and internationally, approximately once per month for up to 1-3 months at a time. They would love for their nanny to join them! A valid passport is a must. Overnights may also be required occasionally when both parents travel without the children.
Pay is $33/hour gross via payroll. Pay goes up an extra $1/hour every 6 months, based on review. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays, and vacation (President’s Day not recognized as a paid holiday, but Juneteenth is). Start date is ASAP!
