Overview

NCS holding infant

SAINT PAUL, MN (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED)- Fabulous first-time parents are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their newborn girl due on July 27th, and are seeking an experienced and nurturing Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to provide dedicated support. This is a 3-month contract, with a flexible start date—either shortly after birth or up to two months later, depending on the right fit.

The family is ideally looking for coverage of 8-hour overnight shifts, 4 days per week, but they are open to 12-hour shifts for the right candidate. While preference is given to local candidates, they are open to considering out-of-state newborn care specialists who are a great match. The NCS will be provided with a private bedroom and bed, closet and bathroom (only shared with baby for bath time!) within the family’s home for comfort and convenience. They have a pet cat, so no allergies, please!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate newborn care professional to support and educate first-time parents as they transition into life with their little one.
