CALLING ALL NEWBORN CARE SPECIALISTS!

NATIONWIDE SEARCH: NEW YORK, NY- A warm and engaging family on the Upper East Side, NY, is seeking an exceptional full-time NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST to join their household starting in mid to late August 2025, coinciding with the arrival of two babies (one via surrogate).  The position involves working closely with a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), who will primarily handle the babies’ care, creating a supportive and collaborative childcare environment. This role will feel akin to caring for twins, requiring someone who thrives in a 24/7 care atmosphere and is eager to provide hands-on support.

The family will spend the mother’s maternity leave in the Hamptons, where the nanny will have their own private room and bathroom, and in the city, where similar accommodations will be provided. The ideal candidate must love dogs, as the family has a mini Australian Shepherd who is a constant and curious presence in the home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily care, feeding, sanitizing, attending to babies' needs, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment, and working seamlessly alongside the parents with light household tasks related to the children.  They have a full-time nanny for their older child, who can also help as needed.

Candidates with prior experience caring for newborns, multiples, or twin-like situations are highly desirable. This role offers private accommodations both in the Hamptons and in NYC, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to be part of a loving, high-energy household. If you’re a dog-loving, baby-savvy NCS ready for an exciting and dynamic role, we’d love to hear from you!
