AIKEN, SC (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - An active outdoor family is seeking a proactive and organized full-time LIVE-IN NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/PA to care for their 6-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. Both children attend school during the day, and the role includes school pickups, transportation to activities, and engaging with the kids through creative play.

Most needs are weekday-focused, with occasional flexibility for weekends and travel, including a 3-week trip abroad in the coming summer. Live-in accommodations include a charming one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette (stove, fridge, sink) and full bathroom. Utilities included, including a smart TV. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Detached from the main house, located by the barn. Laundry can be done in the barn or in the main house.

Household responsibilities include organizing, managing laundry, running errands, handling dry cleaning, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the home runs smoothly. Comfort with animals is essential, as the family has two dogs and lives on a horse farm. Other duties include meal prepping on occasion, assisting the children in organizing and picking up, and helping clean up after the children. 

COVID and flu vaccinations are preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and highly organized, bringing structure to a busy and active household. This role offers $25/hr with a flexible start date.
