SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - A warm and welcoming family in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeks a FULL-TIME NANNY for their sweet 7-month-old baby boy. This position can be live-in, ideal for candidates relocating from out of state, or live-out. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Sundays off. The family is open to offering an additional weekday off if desired, though the specific day may vary weekly. Flexibility with the schedule is essential! There is potential for occasional overnights.

The baby has been cared for by a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist who has established a strong sleep schedule and routine. The family seeks a nurturing, reliable, and professional nanny with at least 4 years of experience with infants/toddlers (including live-in experience if living in). Fluency in English is required, and candidates who are also fluent in Spanish are highly preferred. Responsibilities include all care and tasks related to the baby, such as laundry, bottle preparation and sanitizing, organizing the baby’s room, and light housekeeping. A candidate who is open to cooking or meal preparation would be a big plus.

The family travels approximately once a month to destinations such as New York and Miami and would love for their nanny to join them on these trips. They live close to a beautiful beach, so the ideal candidate should be a strong swimmer and enjoy spending time outdoors. The family will provide a car for the nanny to use while on the job, so a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and glowing references are required. The ideal nanny is flexible, hygienic, discreet (willing to sign an NDA), and able to follow instructions.

Pay for this position is $25-$40 per hour gross, based on experience, and will be paid via payroll. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays, and vacation time. The nanny may be required to work select holidays but will be compensated accordingly. The start date is as soon as possible.
