HOUSTON, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Kind family is seeking a highly qualified and experienced FULL-TIME NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER to care for a delightful 2-year-old boy in the Upper Kirby/River Oaks area of Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and passionate about child development.

Preferred hours are 11 am - 7:30 pm. However, the family can be flexible for the right candidate if the afternoon care/evening is covered. This is the main concern. Flexibility for date nights, occasional weekends, and occasional travel is requested. The family is seeking 30-40 hours/week based on the nanny’s schedule and availability.

The nanny's primary responsibilities will include caring for the child before and after daycare hours. This includes morning routines, afternoon pickups, evening activities, and bedtime support. The nanny will also assist with potty training, mealtime support, and educational activities.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish, as the family prefers the child to be primarily spoken to in Spanish. Strong communication skills, patience, and a warm personality are essential.

The family values a clean and organized home. The nanny will be expected to assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up play areas, making beds, and helping with laundry. The family has a housekeeper who comes once a week as well as a personal assistant to handle most morning household duties.

The position offers competitive pay and industry-standard benefits, including PTO. The family has no vaccination preference at this time. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $25/hr gross via payroll based on experience.
