OVIEDO, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) – A wonderful outside of Orlando seeks a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY care for their two daughters, ages 7 and 3.5, and occasionally assist with their 5-month-old son. While the primary focus will be on the two older children, the family would like the hired nanny to care for the baby as needed, such as when his dedicated nanny is unavailable. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 6am-7pm plus two weekends per month, including overnights. To balance the workload, the family is open to potentially hiring a second nanny to rotate with the primary nanny or adding a weekend nanny.

Duties include waking the girls up and dressed, making/serving them breakfast and taking them to school in the family vehicle. While they are in school, the nanny will handle the children’s laundry, prepare the children’s dinner for the next day, and any additional child-related tasks/errands. The nanny will be responsible for picking the girls up from school, bathing them, feeding them dinner and overseeing bedtime routines. There is flexibility for personal appointments/chores when there is nothing going on between the time the girls are in school. Both parents are primarily in the home. The father is disabled, and the family has aides who visit regularly to assist him. The nanny will receive an hour-long break each day, and meals are provided during work hours.

The family’s oldest daughter has an allergy to eggs and watermelon and carries an EpiPen in case of emergency. She will also have some weekends away with her father, so only the younger two children will require care on those occasions.

The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, courteous, and trustworthy, with Spanish-speaking skills preferred. They seek a nanny who is a strong swimmer and happy to do activities such as painting and playing games with the children. The home has two cats and two friendly dogs, but no pet care is required. Candidates should have no pet allergies. Must be CPR certified and all vaccinations must be up to date, including COVID-19, Tdap, flu, and MMR. The position offers $35 per hour, paid via payroll, along with paid sick days, holidays, and vacation. The family is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
