WESTCHESTER COUNTY (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) – A busy family in Crompond, NY is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT or LIVE-IN NANNY/PERSONAL ASSISTANT to provide essential household and childcare support. The family has three children: two college students, ages 18 and 19, who are home on weekends, and a 10-year-old daughter who attends school full-time.

The role requires flexibility, with a typical schedule starting at 7:15 AM to help the youngest child get ready for school and drop off, along with occasional weekend assistance. This position guarantees 40 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours.

Key responsibilities include managing daily routines such as morning and after-school care, transportation to extracurricular activities, homework assistance and tutoring (particularly with math), and meal preparation. Additionally, the nanny will support the family by organizing events, assisting with travel plans, and providing light pet care for their three dogs.

The family would ideally like to find a local candidate but is open to a nationwide search, offering live-in accommodations as they live in a split-level home.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and committed to fostering both academic and personal growth in children. Compensation will be based on experience, with gas and mileage reimbursement provided if using a personal vehicle, along with standard benefits. The family is eager to welcome the right candidate as soon as possible but is willing to wait for the perfect fit.
