CHAPEL HILL, NC (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - Busy professional family is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER for their 3 amazing children; 2 boys ages 8 and 7 years old, and a 3-year-old girl. The perfect candidate will be a great communicator, comfortable working with multiple children, easy-going and creative. Candidates must have the ability to anticipate the needs of the family and can be self-directed and can take initiative during down times. The family is seeking a 3rd partner in the home to make schedules and care for the children. Must be reliable!!!
The sample schedule is below. The boys go to school Monday - Friday and the daughter is in pre-school from 9 am - 12pm/1 pm.

The oldest son is described as calm, and mature, and loves to read and have long conversations with adults. The middle son loves to bike ride, do legos and crack jokes. The youngest daughter, at three years old, lights up the room with her constant laughter and desire for play. She loves playing with her older brothers and mimicking all that they do, and she is delightful to spend all day with.
Duties include occasionally picking the older boys up from school (bike/walk/car), regularly picking the daughter up from school, and taking the kids to and from intermittent appointments and afterschool activities. At home, spending time with the children is the priority but also includes doing laundry for the family, preparing roughly 3 dinners per week using a meal prep kit ordered to the home (Blue Apron), preparing school lunches, running errands, and light cleaning. The family has a housekeeper who comes once a week for deep cleaning and there are no pets in the home.
The candidate should have standard vaccines, be a non-smoker and have a clean driving record. Start date is January 6, 2025. Benefits include a minimum of 3 weeks paid vacation to be decided jointly + an additional 5 PTO days + 5 sick days + paid holidays + negotiable monthly healthcare stipend. Pay is $25-26/hr gross via payroll based on experience.
