Overview

Three White Siblings

AUSTIN, TX (NATIONWIDE SEARCH)--An active and fun-loving family seeks an enthusiastic and nurturing FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT ROTATIONAL NANNY/FAMILY ASSISTANT to join their team and care for their three energetic and well-mannered children, ages 10, 6, and 4, while ensuring the household runs smoothly. If you’re a warm, dedicated career nanny who thrives in a dynamic, fun-filled environment, this could be your perfect role!

You will rotate with a fellow nanny, working every 3-4 days for about 12 hours/day, or approximately 40-60 hours/week. Shifts typically start at 7 a.m. and end between 7-8:30 p.m., with flexibility as needed. The schedule is planned months in advance but can change, especially when both parents travel, so they seek a flexible nanny who can roll with the punches.

Beyond caring for the kids, you’ll manage household tasks such as the children’s laundry, errands, and organizing. Meal planning and prep for the children (and occasionally for the family) is key component of the role. The follow a healthy diet where everything is made some fresh ingredients (nothing frozen or premade) and seeks a nanny who is knowledgeable about nutrition and enjoys cooking! A housekeeper visits 3 times/week, so no heavy cleaning is required other than tidying after the children and maintaining organization. Mom and the nanny will divide and conquer school pick-ups and chauffeuring the kids to after school activities. A family car is provided.

Enjoy summers at the family’s second home! During this time, the nannies will rotate working weekly, with the option to fly in and out or stay during their rotation. Travel is part of the adventure, so bring your passport and be ready to join the family on a few trips (both domestic and international) throughout the year!

The family embraces an active and healthy lifestyle and seeks a nanny who shares similar values. The ideal candidate is proactive with a kind, loving personality, and gentle approach to redirect when needed. A background in education or teaching experience is a plus! They look to their nanny to limit screen time and instead enjoy engaging the children in activities and play.

They’re looking for more than just a nanny—they want a trusted family member and role model who can grow with the family. As a vibrant and outgoing bunch, they seek a nanny with similar energy and enthusiasm to keep up with their three active kiddos—someone with a true passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and collaborative team player, able to communicate openly and work seamlessly with hands-on parents who are fully involved and supportive in shaping their children’s lives. The family has enjoyed strong, long-term relationships with previous caregivers and is excited to build the same lasting connection with their new hire.

Pay is competitive and paid via payroll, with benefits including paid sick days, holidays, vacation, and health insurance. If you’re a go-getter with a can-do attitude, apply now to become part of this amazing family team! Start date is ASAP!
