Nanny Holding Baby in the air!

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - A warm and welcoming family in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeks a full-time nanny for their 4-month-old baby boy. This live-out position includes relocation assistance and housing for the right candidate from out of the area.

Initially, the nanny will work night shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (12 hours per night) and additional daytime hours on Thursday and/or Saturday (3-4 hours), with flexibility being essential. The child has been cared for by a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist who is currently caring for him Thursday-Sunday evenings. As he grows and is sleep trained, the schedule will mostly likely transition to daytime hours from 8am-4pm Tuesday-Friday and Saturdays from 4pm-10/11pm. Forty hours per week and two consecutive days off per week are guaranteed. Again, flexibility with the schedule is a must!

The ideal candidate will be experienced in infant care, knowledgeable, and proficient in English, with a nurturing and reliable nature. Responsibilities will include all tasks related to the baby, such as laundry, bottle preparation and sanitization, organizing the baby’s room, and light housekeeping. The family will provide a car for the nanny to use while on the job.

The family travels approximately once every three months to destinations such as New York and Miami. They live close to a beautiful beach and seek a nanny who is a strong swimmer and comfortable spending time outside. The ideal candidate is flexible, hygienic and can follow instruction and practices discretion.

Pay for this position is $25/hour gross paid via payroll, with flexibility based on experience, along with paid sick days, holidays, and vacation time. The family is looking for someone to start as soon as possible, ideally by October or November, but they are willing to wait for the ideal candidate.
