TRAVERSE CITY, MI (OPEN TO ALL U.S. CANDIDATES)—A wonderful family-owned facilities management firm, specializing in managing condominium associations, commercial properties, and estate facilities, is seeking a customer service-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and contribute as a team player.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Responsibilities include managing QuickBooks for invoice entry, maintaining and archiving vendor records (W-9s, insurance certificates, etc.), processing checks, preparing 1099s, handling invoice payments and rebilling, storing and organizing paid bills and receipts, and working in Excel spreadsheets.
The position is open to both local and out-of-state candidates, with relocation assistance available. Housing is not provided. The pay is $25/hour, plus a health insurance stipend. Additional benefits include two weeks of paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays. The start date is ASAP!
