LOS ANGELES, CA (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - An amazing and busy family in Hidden Hills is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY to partner with mom to provide care for their 2 children; 6 months old and 2.5 years old.  Mom is seeking an extension of herself and a partner to help balance care while she works from home. The perfect candidate can read the room, is comfortable with caring for infants and toddlers, can ask questions, is comfortable with a very involved mom, and is a great communicator. 

The hours are roughly 9 am - 7  pm or 10 am -8 pm, with a guarantee of 2 days off each week. The family will guarantee 40 hours/week but realistically will need anywhere from 40 - 60 hours/week initially. The schedule will be fluid from one week to the next and Mom will communicate the changes in schedule with as much notice as possible.   

This is a blended family and there are bonus children who are at the house often; ages 8 years old and 11 years old. The nanny should be ok with children in the home, but they are independent when they are in the home and rely on Mom for assistance. 

Duties include caring for the two youngest children, picking up after the children, cleaning bottles, making food for the children, doing the children's laundry, creating engaging activities for the children, possibly driving the children, and taking the children to parks and playdates. The 2.5-year-old is going to preschool in the fall and the main care will transition to the infant during the day. 

Candidates will need to be very flexible with their schedule, able to work nights and weekends, overnights on occasion, and comfortable traveling with the family. Family offers per diem for travel days away from the home.

Candidates will need a passport. Candidates must be comfortable signing an NDA. The family has no vaccination preference at this time. Benefits include PTO.  Start date is ASAP. Pay is $35+/hr gross via payroll.
