Overview

Three Sisters

FAYETTEVILLE, AR (NATIONWIDE SEARCH)- Tight-knit, loving family of 6 seeks a FULL-TIME NANNY/FAMILY ASSISTANT to help care for their four girls, ages 5, 4, 2 and 1 and keep their household running like a well-oiled machine. Mom stays home and is looking for her work wife/partner to tag team with her on childcare, managing schedules and keeping their household organized and highly functioning. She is very actively involved and seeks a versatile partner who can jump in and help, whether it's with school pickups, diaper changes, or organizing closets. A true Jack/Jill of all trades to seamlessly share the load and keep things running smoothly!

The hours are ideally from 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday and Monday OFF) plus a weekly date night. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day. Forty hours per week guaranteed! Mom gets the girls up and ready for school around 7am and dad drops them off. The nanny and mom will tag team picking the girls up from school between 3:30-4pm and chauffeuring them to afterschool activities. They typically eat dinner as a family between 5 and 5:30pm. Bedtime routine takes place after dinner and lights are out around 7pm.

The three eldest attend a private school five days a week from August to May, with breaks for Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring. In the fall, the eldest starts kindergarten at a new school, while the youngest joins her siblings at the private school. The schedule is a little more fluid during the summer and will be more focused on childcare, as all four children will be home, before returning to a more structured schedule in the fall.

The eldest is neat, tidy, and structured. She is intellectually minded and likes to read. She and her 4-year-old sister enjoy dance and gymnastics classes once a week. The 4-year-old is outgoing, social, and follows her sister's lead in play. Their 2-year-old is enjoying toddlerhood and exploring her own interests. The youngest stays home and is starting to show her little personality each day!

Responsibilities encompass all aspects of childcare and household management, such as school pickups, activity transportation, wardrobe turnover, meal preparation, laundry, pet care, house tidying, and organization. This includes assisting with teacher gifts, class parties, and various household projects, aligning closely with mom's duties without exceeding her boundaries.

The ideal candidate is hyperorganized and can seamlessly integrate with mom’s established systems and structure. Someone who diligently replenishes and maintains the diaper bag and pool bag, sorts the kids' backpacks, and proactively restocks supplies, always anticipating needs. Someone who loves lists and thrives on staying ahead and checking tasks off. They seek a nanny/family assistant who is friendly, is comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home mom, is a team player, takes initiative, and loves to stay busy!

The family enjoys traveling together and invites the nanny to join! They are a Disney family and frequent Disney World and cruises. They typically travel over spring break, the day after Christmas and spend 7-10 days at the beach over the summer, generally taking 3-4 week-long trips with a few long weekend excursions sprinkled throughout the year. While most trips are domestic, they plan to venture internationally soon. Preference is for a nanny with a valid passport or ability to obtain one. Some holidays may involve travel, with supplemental compensation for working holidays (i.e. the 4th of July).

The family resides in a private, gated golf community. While live-out candidates are preferred, they are open to someone living in (ideally temporarily). Live-in accommodations include a studio apartment (efficiency) with a private bathroom, bedroom/living area, and kitchenette. It includes all utilities except a stovetop. They would ideally like to find the perfect long-term fit but are also open to someone working over the summer.

Pay is $27-32/hour. Start date is ideally ASAP, but no later than summer. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays and vacation.
