OMAHA, NE (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES)- A wonderful, world-traveling family based in Omaha seeks a FULL-TIME ROTATIONAL TRAVEL NANNY to join their family adventures and help care for their 2-year-old girl and baby boy (born in August 2024).

The family is on the move to explore the world! They jet-set for up to a month at a time throughout the year and seek a professional nanny who is up for the journey and adaptable to this travel lifestyle. If you're flexible and excited to see the world, this role is for you! You’ll join them on 3-4 night domestic trips and longer international adventures, including Dallas in the spring and fall, summers in Canada, winters in the Grand Cayman Islands, and yachting in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. They also take local getaways to their Nebraska lake house and would love for their nanny to join! Must has a US- or UK-issued passport! 

You’ll work alongside the family’s beloved long-time nanny, working a 24/7 weekly rotational schedule (7 days on/7 days off) and living in during your "on" week (housing is not provided during the nanny's "off" week). A private bedroom will always be provided while on the road. Additionally, the family has a dedicated newborn care specialist for overnight infant support and a daily housekeeper, allowing you to focus on what you do best. A family car will be provided. Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license. 

The ideal candidate has a degree in elementary/early childhood education or a related field. Their eldest is cognitively advanced, underscoring the importance of finding a nanny focused on their children’s education and development. Someone who will spend downtime (i.e. nap time) planning engaging sensory and developmental activities tailored to the next stage of development.  The perfect candidate is knowledgeable in child development and can keep their children engaged, learning, and developmentally advanced. Someone who is highly active and up for excursions, adventures, and exploration with toddlers and young kids. The family is excited to welcome someone who wants to make Omaha home while embracing a flexible, travel-filled lifestyle.

Both parents are present in the home, with Mom staying at home and Dad working from home with flexibility. They engage in their children's daily routines without micromanaging, expecting their nanny to demonstrate high levels of autonomy.
