MIDLAND, TX (TEXAS CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - A professional family is seeking an experienced  FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER for their 3 children; a 5-year-old son, and 3-year-old and 1-year-old daughters. They are truly seeking a long-term nanny who is comfortable and can grow with the family and kids. This family will offer relocation and potential additional benefits for the perfect candidate!

Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with the flexibility for nights and weekends and the ability to travel with the family as needed. When the family travels there will be private accommodations for the nanny.  The family has a second home in the Texas Hill Country and visits pretty regularly. They would like the nanny to be open to traveling with them to that home.

The perfect candidate is creative with a background in early childhood development and can create activities to keep the children engaged. The kids are spunky and fun and need stimulation. They are seeking a candidate who is very organized and a go-getter.  Mom works in and out of the home and needs a partner to help her care for the children and the home.  

Duties include caring for the children, taking/driving the children to and from school and afterschool activities, doing the children’s laundry, helping cook and prepare dinner, helping with baths, ordering groceries, help keeping a household inventory, organizing closets, and playrooms, and books, and rotating through the children's clothes to ensure proper sizing. 

Candidates should be open to travel with occasional weeklong trips (1-2 per year). The family prefers candidates who are strong swimmers. The family has a housekeeper who comes multiple times a week for deep cleaning. 

There are no vaccination preferences at this time. Benefits include PTO + Sick Days. Potential to have a vehicle for the nanny to use while working. Start date is ASAP for the right candidate. Pay is $25-35/hr gross.
