INDIANAPOLIS, IN (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES)- A blended family is seeking a committed, experienced FULL-TIME, LIVE-OUT NANNY to care for their 5 children! The family is seeking a candidate who values long-term commitment, and is willing to embark on a journey with them for more than a year.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 3pm to 9pm. Off Wednesday and Thursday. Then Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm.

The family is a beautiful blend of five wonderful children, with three with whom you will care for full-time (ages 10, 8, and 3 years old) and two of whom you will care for part-time (ages 10 and 7 years old). The three full-time children attend the same school, from 7:40am- 3pm. The two part-time children attend the same school, from 7:40am- 3pm.

The role primarily involves managing schedules, drop-offs, and pickups, including after-school activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the children are organized, maintain their routines, assist with meal prep, bedtime routines, and homework. It will be rare to be alone with all five children and their activities, but the nanny will coordinate and plan their schedules efficiently, letting the parents know which child/ren to pick up and where. Must be extremely organized, great at multitasking and being punctual.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. The family is open to either the nanny using their personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement or utilizing a provided vehicle. The family is seeking a candidate with an adventurous spirit, a seasoned professional capable of managing multiple children simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will travel with the family, passport required. In addition, one weekend of overnight stays is expected every six weeks, requiring flexibility!

Pay is $25-35/hr gross, via payroll. Benefits include PTO and 3-5 sick days. The family does not have a vaccine preference. No pets in the home. Start date is ASAP!
