VOORHEES, NJ ( OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES)- A lovely couple outside of PHILADELPHIA is seeking a mature FULL-TIME LIVE-IN/OUT NANNY to care for their 2-year-old son, and twins due early May 2024! Both parents work from home, so the candidates should be comfortable with the parents in the home, each having a separate office, and are actively involved in childcare. 

Hours are 9 am-5 pm, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, and Wednesdays 1 pm-9 pm for date nights. Traveling is not required but would be a plus! Having a passport is a bonus.

The primary responsibility is to care for the children. The 2-year-old attends school Monday through Friday, from 8 am -12:30 pm and he may attend full-time in the future. The parents currently take the son to drop-offs and pick-ups but would like for the nanny to be comfortable driving if needed. The family provides a car for transportation while working. Other duties include preparing meals, handling children’s laundry, washing bottles, and maintaining a strong focus on childcare.

Additionally, the nanny should be comfortable administering medication, including an EpiPen, as their son has a peanut allergy. The family is open to both live-in and live-out, relocation is negotiable. The family has a pool in the backyard and would like the candidate to be comfortable around water and understand water safety. There are no pets in the home.

Benefits include 3-5 sick days + PTO. Covid vaccine is not required, however, standard baby vaccines like Tdap and MMR are preferred. Start date is April 1st, 2024. Pay is $30/hr+ based on experience.

Qualifications

BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study 

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
 
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
