BEVERLY HILLS, CA(LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)- Fun and busy professional family is seeking 2 FULL-TIME ROTA NANNY to provide dedicated care and support for their three boys, ages 5, 10, and 13. The schedule is 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off. The perfect candidate is a team player who is fun, but stern and can work in tandem with other providers to ensure the best overall care team for the children.  A major skill the family is looking for is a candidate who is comfortable cooking and meal-prepping for the family. 

The working hours are 6:30 am - 8 pm, Monday - Saturday with flexibility for some late nights on occasion. The nanny is available to stay within the home during working weeks. Accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom. 

This position requires a unique blend of childcare and household management skills, including homework assistance, meal preparation, light cleaning, and the coordination of morning and afternoon routines, in tandem with the manny. The family has a Manny daily who works roughly 12pm-7pm.

Other responsibilities include grocery shopping once a month, drop-offs and pick-ups, and transporting to after-school activities. The parents are structured and specific with the meals for the children and generally do the grocery shopping and provide a meal plan or guide for the nanny. The family will provide a vehicle for the nanny to use while working. 

The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of humor to connect with the children while maintaining the necessary firmness to keep them on track. Flexibility is key, as the role includes overnight coverage and travel with the family. 

Benefits include 2 weeks of paid vacation during Christmas and additional time off in the Summer. Pay is $30+/hr commensurate with experience! Start date is ASAP.
