BOSTON, MA (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED): Lovely family in the Braintree area is seeking a professional, energetic FULL-TIME, LIVE-OUT NANNY for their active daughter (10 months). They are looking for someone who truly loves what they do and is/wants to be a long-term career nanny. Being a team-player, following the parents lead, and being open-minded is a must. Overall, they want someone who is a positive influence and role model, and is going to stay active and engaging with their daughter. Both parents have demanding careers so flexibility is requested and will be returned!

Their daughter is described as wonderfully curious and excited about life. They hope to find someone who can match her energy, finding fun and educational activities to engage her both mentally and physically inside and outside of the home. A nanny with extremely good judgment, experience in working with toddlers, and someone who can communicate effectively and thoroughly throughout/at the end of the day will do well. The care and safety of their daughter is their top priority and they are loving being first-time parents! Encouraging empowerment through decision-making and child-led play is something they will ask for and expect in their ideal nanny. 

The family is an active, Vegan family and asks that the nanny is comfortable with their lifestyle. They enjoy making their daughter’s meals from scratch, and would appreciate aid in some meal prep for her. Their daughter is also still breastfeeding and taking bottles. Laundry, housekeeping, and organization as it relates to the child will be included in this role. Some driving may be required; a car will be provided but must have a valid driver’s license. 

The current schedule is Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm, and Friday from 10am-2pm. Their schedules may need additional hours so some flexibility is ideal, with overtime applying to any hours over 40 in the week. They would like for the nanny to travel with them from time-to-time, discussed in advance, but it is not a hard requirement. They have one small dog, so they must be okay with pets; care for the dog will be minimal. 

Pay is $27+/hour, depending upon experience. All vaccines including Covid boosters required. Paid sick days, vacation, and holidays included.
