UPPER MARLBORO, MD (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Sweet family in need of a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY for their 7-year-old son with Autism and ADHD.  He is emotionally sensitive (seeking behavioral therapy) and can speak pretty well but has a slight language impairment. Duties include getting him dressed, taking him to/picking him up from school, taking him to therapy throughout the week or on days when school was out, and taking him to outside play activities/events. The nanny would also need to give lunch and or snacks and in very few cases, dinner, when parent works a little later than previously scheduled. Their son is in school from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday. The nanny will have use of a family care to drive him to and from school and his ABA therapy appointments. A clean driving record is a must! Other duties include light cleaning, unloading the dishwasher, laundry for the child. Any days off school, the nanny would need to plan to take him to the park and have activities planned. He has a food allergy to both eggs and peanuts and carries an Epi Pen (the family has never had to use it). He can be picky with meals, but mom will provide a menu/food choices to help with quality food for her son. Pay is $25/hr. Benefits include PTO + Holidays + Sick Leave. The nanny must have the Covid vaccine + Booster. Start date is early-August.
