WASHINGTON, DC/MIAMI, FL (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES)-Wonderful first-time parents based in the heart of DC are seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY for their sweet and happy 4-month-old son. Guaranteed 55 hours per week. Standard schedule is 9am-5:30/6pm Monday-Friday and two half Saturdays per month. Live-in accommodations consist of a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the bottom floor of their 3-story townhome. The apartment has private entrances via the garage and backyard. The family spends their winters in Miami each year. In their Miami home, the nanny will be provided a private bedroom in their 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. They seek a nanny who has RECENT EXPERIENCE CARING FOR INFANTS within the past two years; preferably a college degree (vast infant experience can make up for college degree); and at least 2-3 years of commitment in prior nanny positions. They plan to keep their nanny for at least 4-5 years and want someone who will integrate in the family and grow with them. Physical fitness is important as the infant’s room is on the top floor of their 3-story townhome in DC. Must be willing to get the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes widely available. They are extremely COVID cautious and expect the same from their nanny. They utilize grocery delivery, wear masks when going on walks and do not dine in restaurants or visit public spaces. These standards are strictly practiced and enforced until a vaccine is available. Family car is provided for errands and transporting their child while on the job. MUST have an impeccable driving record. Duties include cleaning after the baby, making baby food, washing bottles and very light housekeeping such as throwing in a load of laundry. Pay is $50K/year guaranteed for 55 hours/week, whether or not all hours are worked. Benefits include paid holidays and vacation. Start date is April 1.



BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study 

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer


Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
