PASADENA, CA- Wonderful family (both parents are physicians; mom is an infectious disease specialist) looking for a long-term FULL-TIME LIVE OUT NANNY for their 8-year-old daughter. Hours are 40-50 hrs. wk; 7-7:30AM - 4/5PM. $25 hr gross via payroll +3 sick days + 8 weeks vacation that is coordinated with them. Their daughter is remote learning right now, but post Covid, when she is back in school full-time the hours will decrease to 35 a week. Overall they are looking for a TEAM PLAYER who is intelligent, has good common sense; someone who is fully hands-on, cognizant of their surroundings, loyal & trustworthy, has a strong work ethic; wants to be a good role model, is extremely organized, reliable and has great time management. Punctuality is imperative! Must be willing to cook with fresh ingredients for every meal, and help pitch in with cleaning as needed (tidying up, wiping down counters, making bed, etc). They do everything virtually right now and expect the same from their new hire. Their daughter is allergic to cat dander and dust mites. Must be a safe driver with a pristine record. Mid-December start date is ideal!


BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study 

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer


Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
