CHICAGO, IL (LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY)-Wonderful parents are seeking a loving and energetic LIVE OUT NANNY for their four boys, ages 5, 7, 10 and 12 years. Hours are from 3-9/10pm Monday-Friday. Flexibility is required for very occasional mornings and weekends, as well as possible travel and overnights (they have family in the area to help with overnights). They travel internationally as a family  during summers and domestically during some of the school breaks. Currently all boys are doing remote learning from 8:30am-3pm two days per week for the eldest two and 5 days per week for the younger two. They will likely be returning to school in the near future depending on the pandemic. The children attend three different schools, but all campuses are within 10 minutes of one another. Mom sometimes takes care of afterschool pickups, but nanny may be asked to help as well in addition to driving to sports practices and after-school activities. Must have a reliable, safe, insured vehicle and a clean driving record. Additional duties consist of homework help, meal and snack prep, clean up related to the kids and kids’ laundry if there is downtime. They have a sweet lab who needs to be let out and fed on occasion. The ideal candidate is kind, trustworthy, a hard worker, keeps busy, keeps children engaged, active, energetic, discreet, creative and loves children. They seek someone who is skilled at diffusing arguments and able to practice discretion (must be willing to sign an NDA). Pay is $20-25/hour. Benefits include paid sick days and holidays (negotiable). Start date is flexible for the right candidate, but no later than January 2, 2020.
