Overview

nanny and infant

ANN ARBOR, MI- Easy going first-time parents are seeking a FULL-TIME NANNY to care for their sweet 4-month-old (at start of job) baby girl. Both parents are physicians and typically need care from 6:15am-4/6pm M-F (depending on if both parents have to work later). Dad often has a few weekdays off durin the week but could still use some help in those cases. Once in a blue moon they might have to work past 7pm once a month, if that. They also have family in town who can help if their nanny can’t stay late. They very rarely need help late nights or weekends, but it could occur. They prefer LOCAL CANDIDATES.  They live in a beautiful community on a golf course with tons of sidewalks, nature trails and parks, as well as a common area with a playground and small beach. The nanny’s main focus will be caring for their daughter. Additional duties include helping with light housework (tidying up toys, wiping down counters, occasional load of child’s laundry) and making snacks and meals for daughter. They would have a 15 lb. dog who is very much part of their family and would love if their nanny would be willing to let their pup out a few times daily and take her on a walk once a day with their daughter to get her outdoors. They seek a nanny who is first and foremost qualified and dedicated to keeping their child safe. Must have prior experience caring for infants. They want someone who will be nurturing and kind. Also, someone they can get along with and incorporate into their loving family. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays and vacation. Pay is $18-25/hr. Start date is mid-September.
