NEW YORK, NY- Wonderful family in Chelsea (moving to Upper East Side in October 2020) with 2.5-year-old girl and 5-month-old baby boy is looking for a COLLEGE-EDUCATED NANNY. OPTION TO LIVE IN. Their preferred hours are M-F 8AM-7PM. You will have full autonomy and be responsible for taking children to preschool, play dates, etc. throughout the day, maintain food and sleep schedules, anticipating & fulfilling needs, and facilitating educational play!  Must be a team player and willing to do light housekeeping, straightening up, must take great pride in your workspace.  Candidate must have a college degree and have worked with several families in the past- someone experienced and knowledgeable in child development and early childhood education preferred. Safety is a priority--must be vigilant! Must have had at least 2-3 years with each prior family and be willing to make a LONG-TERM COMMITMENT. Pay is DOE + incentives open for discussion. Local candidates only. No pets.  Mom works outside of the home and Dad works either outside of the home or if he does work from home, it is in a workspace downstairs in their building. Start date is ASAP!  


BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study 

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer


Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
